Rhino horn trimming

We joined a workshop where the best veterinarians in South Africa got together to trim Rhino horns in a national park. They trimmed around 8-10 a day and then had debriefs where they tried to find the best practice when trimming a rhino's horn. There are many techniques but they wanted to find the way that is the least harmful to the animal and will make the most impact when it comes to the reduction of poaching.
